FIRST GYM-WIDE 24 DAY CHALLENGEEVERYONE needs to pick up a commitment card and join the MSC STAFF Jan10-Feb2. Informational meeting will be January 5 at 6pm in cafe’. Products and commitment cards will be picked up at this time. There is a level for everyone. Goal is for everyone to make a 24 day commitment to exercise 5days a week (2days include weight resistance) and eat nutritionally. Some of us will be using ADVOCARE Health/Fitness Products(endorsed by DREW BREES) during this time to detox, promote healthy nutrition, and/or enhance weight loss.

LEVEL 1 Fitness Member FREE; Non-member $54.38 Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Station Work and Regular Fitness Classes
LEVEL 2 Fitness Members $193.01/Non-Members $212.51 : Everything for level 1 plus Advocare products, measurements, accountability and additional classes: Crossfit Monday 6pm, Hooping Tuesday 9am, Kickboxing Wednesday 7pm, and Line-dancing Thursday 6pm

Holiday Camp is a fun and happy place for your child to be during the day when school is out. Campers will enjoy group games, free play on gymnastic floor, Bounce House, Diamond Mine, game room, outdoor activities and more
