Power Tumbling and Trampoline Classes

Power Tumbling and Trampoline is one of the fastest growing new Olympic sports. Our Trampoline and Tumbling classes include three events:
  • Power Tumbling
  • Trampoline
  • Double Mini-Trampoline

These classes are created for boys and girls at age 5 and older. Trampoline and Tumbling helps develop kinesthetic ("air sense") in other sports such as diving, cheerleading, jump roping, snow boarding and gymnastics.

This is a SAFE way to learn flips and new tumble skills.

Kids love these classes!!! It is so much fun!!!

Tumble:

Front roll tuck
Pike front roll to straddle out

Double Mini Trampoline:

20 ft. run hurdle onto 12 ft mat
No run Straight jump w/ different arm positions

20 ft. run straight jump onto double mini
20 ft. run straight jump spotter straddle jump dismount

Straight jump with different arm positions

Double Mini Trampoline:

20 ft. run onto double mini w/ correct number of jumps
(2 or 3 straight jumps)
Tuck jump spotter straddle jump dismount
Backward roll tuck, pike, straddle out
Tuck jump spotter tuck jump dismount
Straddle jump spotter pike jump dismount
Straddle jump mounter pike jump dismount
Tuck jump mounter tuck dismount
No Run:
Backwards straight jump w/ different arm positions
Backwards straight jump w/ tuck jump dismount
Half turn spotter, tuck jump dismount
Full turn out


Trampoline:

Progressive straight jump
Tuck, Pike, Straddle, and Full jumps w/ different variations
Seat drop, half turn to seat drop
Seat drop tuck to stomach
