Confirmation Sheet for Birthday Parties

Thank you for choosing Mandeville Sports Complex for you child's Birthday Party. Our staff looks forward to hosting you and your guests. We want to make this day special for your child and "stress-free" for you. Because we have several parties scheduled that day, it is most important that we have complete cooperation from everyone. To help you and your party, we have put together some suggestions and guidelines for everyone. These will help to make the day more enjoyable for you and a FUN exciting experience for you child.

  1. You are scheduled for 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES (first 60 minutes in Diamond Mine and Inflatable and last 30 minutes in the party area for the total party) You may arrive 15 minutes early to help greet guests and setup. YOU MUST VACATE THE PARTY AREA ON TIME to allow time for setup of other parties. You are responsible to help clean up after your party.


  2. For your time in the party area, we furnish:
    • Plates, Spoons, Napkins, and Cups
    • Centerpiece of Balloons (Please do not remove; they are used for other parties)
    • Personal Party Host

  3. PARTY AREAS are decorated, but if you choose, you may bring your own balloons and table decorations; however, the price will not be discounted. Please do not tape anything to the wall and no confetti or piñatas!!


  4. PAYMENT IN FULL (for balance due after the initial deposit payment) is required before departure on the day of the party. REMEMBER the price of the party is for the number of children stated above on this confirmation ONLY. This includes the birthday child..
    THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN.     In the event of a cancellation, remember, the initial $125 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.


  5. We will set the tables for the number of guests you have paid for. If you invite other parents and siblings you should bring your own supplies. You may also order additional pizza and drinks for adults if you let us know ahead of time.


  6. Parents are always welcome to watch, however, NO PARENTS ON THE EQUIPMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS! For children under 3, a parent must accompany them.


  7. NO SHOES OR SOCKS are allowed during activities - parents need to remove only their shoes. Cubbies are available to store these during your party. No jewelry please, or belts; they may damage our inflatables and other equipment!


  8. REMEMBER that other activities will be going on during parties. YOU DO NOT have the gym privately. The actual party areas may also be shared with another party. Please be courteous of others.


  9. When you arrive at the Mandeville Sports Complex, the birthday child's parent should CHECK IN with the front desk. The attending guests must give their waiver forms to the party host.


  10. SMOKING and ALCHOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED anywhere in the building.
